Happy New Year!!

Hi There!! I made this card today using a Penny Black stamp...I love their stamps..so cute!! I pop dotted several of the hearts and of course it sparkles but that is not captured in the pictures!! I like making cards that can be used for several different occasions. This card will be on eBay in a few days.

Time to start sending out Thank You notes for all those wonderful Christmas gifts!! The stamp used is a Stampendous stamp, Fluffles. I pop dotted a couple of the flowers for a little dimension. Lots of flowers and always a little bling make this card a lot of fun!!

New Years' Resolutions?!

I started out making this card as a fun card to give to someone who was going on a diet or giving up sweets on this New Years...after the card was done though...I realized it could be used as a Birthday Card, Valentines Card or as a Thank You card for someone "Sweet"!! The stamp is a WhipperSnapper stamp and I colored it using Copic Sketch markers. I pop-dotted and glazed the little mouse's nose and the cherry on top of the cupcake. The cupcake was "Stickled". I sewed the card and added the little pearls in the corners! Too Fun!

Freezing Cold!!

I've been cold all day! It so dark and rainy here!! I wish it would just snow but...no such luck in this part of the state =:O( Wishing of snow I created this cute and "cool" paper piecing set. The little recipe card could be used to make such an adorable card!!

I made this set out of white, black and blue and a mustard type colored Bazzill cardstock. With no pattern or computer image, I just kinda winged it. Inked it with Brilliance. The string of lights are Jolees and of course I added a little Stickles because who can resist a little of that!! You can see it up close and read the poem by clicking on the picture.
My Mum lost power for quite a while in the snow storm that hit New England and said it was super icy and cold. For all those affected by the big storm a couple of days ago....Stay Safe and Warm!!

Deck the Halls!!

I created this fun card today, as we are getting ready to decorate our tree and this is the first year we have pets. I am sure our little puppies will be trying to eat all the decorations and it will be interesting to see how turns out!!

The stamp is Stampendous and I colored it using Copic Sketch markers. I made him brown because my puppies are brown and black=:O) The paper line is Daisy D's and I think its from last years line...but I love the plaid and those pointsettas!! Martha Stewart ribbon and Dew Drops finish it off for a cute look! Well off to check and see if Honey has the lights on the tree yet.....

What A Princess!!!

Wow! Time sure does fly by fast!!! Yesterday was my Daughter's Birthday!!! She's is such a blooming flower!! I made this scrapbook set, just because it reminded me of her!!

Full of glitz, glam and glimmer!! I used Prima flowers and a little bling to make them pop and who could forget the Stickles... The paper line is Bella Girl from Teresa Collins Design and it is all just beautiful!! A fun Tear Bear finishes up this page which could be titled "What a Princess"....This set will be listed shortly on eBay, so look for it there!

Make A Wish Charity Auction 2!!

I am pleased to have been involved in 2 charity auctions this holiday season. Faith with CSPT Design Team on eBay, headed up this card auction with lots of creative card makers. This is my first challenge from SCS!! Using Wednesday's Sketch Challenge, SC205, I set out to make a different kind of Christmas card! It was so fun to do.

I used 2 retired Stampin' Up Stamps, the Snow Globe and the set of Trees!! I colored using Copic markers and pop dotted the trees for extra dimension!! I put crystals in the centers of the stars but I did like the stars just yellow too!! I crystal glazed the entire globe to give it a more glass like appearance and sprayed it with Glimmer Mist and used a spica pen to give it a sparkly look. While that was drying, I sewed the parts that needed sewing!! Using Doodlebug cardstock and KI Memories pretty paper, ribbon and gold corners, I think it turned out pretty cute, though, I need a little work on my photography!! Enjoy!!

Just Poppin' in!!!

Being a Popcorn lover myself, when I saw this I just had to make it!! This cute little gift is both inexpensive to make and super fun!!!

Made from a Jiffy Pop Popcorn Tin, I simply traced a circle from the lid onto cardstock and then traced another circle onto pretty paper, glued them together added the gift card envelope, decorated with some Prima flowers and the finishing touch is the big Christmas bow! Super easy!! Your recipient just needs to pop off the bow and decorative circle and follow the manufactures instructions which have been left underneath!!! I added a blockbuster gift card...for a Popcorn and Movie!! but you can put in any type of gift card!! Makes a great little gift!!
